PLEASE give us the option to opt out of cross server matching PERMANENTLY.

The ping is so bad on cross server matching its making the game unplayable. I do not want to have to hit the tiny decline button that appears for only 2 seconds everytime i wanna get into a match. Give me a permanent opt out button! Or get rid of it altogether.

Let me tell you pubg, this update so far has been HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. You have ruined the quick chat with the most annoying and obnoxious voices. Why would you try to fix what was never broken in the first place. The quick chat was always a good aspect with the fun voices. Now it sounds like a whiny 10 year old little girl. It is just horrendous.

On top of that there have been comms issues too now. Why don’t you actually fix the REAL problems and stop messing around with features you should not be touching at all! I am so aggravated by this update i cant begin to explain it. This snow map better be good and relatively bug free.

New Update

I have been experiencing terrible bugs. One of which affects my recent scrim gameplay where when you exit your vehicle the character will get stuck and you cant move your character unless you ask your teammates to bring the vehicle closer to you so you can re-enter your vehicle and exit it once more without getting stuck randomly. But it happened again in the 4th match where i get stuck once more but i am unable to even get inside the vehicle to fix the bug during the match. This critically impacts both the gamer’s experience and the match as such they are unable to move their characters thus rendering them useless to be played anymore in the match. On a side note there are multiple delays and button problems where i cant seem to press a button multiple times, and only then it would allow me to peek or revive my teammates. Delays are also a critical issue where it drastically changes the gaming environment for the players and presents an uneven gaming environment for all players in the match. I hope the PUBG Mobile team will review this and take drastic measures to ensure the stability of the game is fully recovered.

Hacks and bad service

PUBG customer support seriously needs to be active in looking for hackers and responding towards issues. I know that this game is free but pls do not be useless and not helpful at all. There’s too much hackers in this game like wall bang, flying hack, aim bot and even some of them increase their damage by twice. Just imagine a person uses full armor lvl 3 and DP-28 can get killed easily just by a person tapping 3 times using Mini 14 whereby I shot him nicely but no use. But based on the damage provided in the armory, it doesnt make any sense. And some players were from PC using emulator which gives them more advantage in using hack and see the map. Come on PUBG, you’ve received complain regarding issue of not wanting to release full game as you have your revenue already. But after too much complain and decreasing players in your game, you decide to release it. You dont seem too care enough about your players aren’t you. All you care was just money because that’s business. Not all the games are like you, they care about their customers and users. Im so disappointed and disgusted in you pubg. Too much hacks and all, fix your game and use the money we spent on skin wisely on it.
