Balancing the Match making
My complain bout this game is the match making while its good to balance it with ranking it also good to balance it with combat power since i want to practice my other characters as well to improve my play but that limit me since some of my chracters are not having a high rated combat power so when battle i was matched against a very High combat power which gave me a huge disadvantage on me since the match making was about ranking and not combat power so i hope u guys fine a way to make it balancing so that more people can enjoy using their not very high combat power character in the future
connection issue
dear dev, this game is undeniably stoked and it feels like you are Monkey D. Luffy and try to be the Pirate King and fight those villains with your super strenght and power but unfortunately the CONNECTION ISSUE is the main reason that all of us get dropped rank or league, lost treasures and even get restricted to get any rewards instantly. We thought that it might be our cellphone or our internet connection/data caused it all but clearly it was not. our cellphone is just fine and so do our internet connection/data. Clearly, this is unacceptable since the issues were not from our own side. All of us are facing hard time now, all we need is this kind of entertainment to keep us insane. Please, we are begging you the geniuses developer to fix this issue the soonest. Thank you for your understanding and please be safe wherever you are.
Why not 5 star despite it is a good game?
1) The connectivity when matchmaking could easily be disrupted. Even if most of the time it’s because of network, there is still sometimes whereby the match get interrupted/cancelled without a reason. Moreover, there is no compensation given for the lost of the match and treasure chance just got taken away too.
2) The matchmaking somehow is too unstable whereas the opposition side has extremely high total character power compared to the other side. Sometimes the game becomes too easy and then it flipped.
3) Some of the characters are too op which even though i use my special skill that can knock out enemy, the character still standing and didn’t receive any significant damage but instead it’s me who got ko’ed.
