Poor Monitor App
Zenyum is reinforcing their strength and convenience at using mobile app to track our progress. But there’s obviously one serious loophole at their timer feature where they are taking forever to solve it.
The Daily Wearing Time is inaccurate and user is not able to check the details of our wearing time each day. I can understand if the software developer doesn’t want too much flexibility for the user to amend, but I think it’s also logical to display the time data to user without giving us the right to amend. It’s a huge burden also to your customer support team when we have to find the respective customer support everytime just to check our wearing time.
Please get this issue resolve and evaluate how you can help us, the Zenyum users.
Also, stop using your monitor app as one of the selling points when it’s obviously failing to fulfil its role.
App is continuously crashing after update.
Hope you guys are aware of this and working on fixing it.
