Can’t open and access

Cannot open and access, Please fit the problem right now. It is ridiculous, people paid for it and can’t open and then what’s the point for this app ? Pls update to prevent next person who also facing paid for it but cannot use. This is not fair!!!! Please give a reason or else please refund for us!!!

Corrupted applications

I paid and downloaded these two (English & Malay) applications and I couldn’t launch them at all. I believe I deserved to get a refund. The reasons why I hit a star as to rate this application is because I wanted to hit the ‘Send’ button not because of the performance of the applications.

Cannot open apps

Yes, i also cannot open the apps. Please give the reason or else refund. Tq
