Lots of Improvement Needed
First of all, there’s no link option for existing membership by using mobile number. Basically this app requires you to get new membership. The product catalogue is called via iFrame. Means this app is not so native and you need to open your browser to check the products. So this app is mainly just for showing your barcode to the counter.
Lousy app
Most lousy membership app ever, no matter how u register your details, it still shows failed to process. Unable to link to Google account. It is really super lousy app. Muji has never thought of how to replace a good app with existing membership. Really speechless
Unable to retrieve previous points after phone change
No instruction to link account to FB/Google/Apple to preserve membership records. After phone change, no chance to retrieve your records. Bad app.
