Anyone can use the Skype for Business for iOS app when invited to a Skype for Business or Lync 2013 meeting. However, you must have a Skype for Business or Lync account in order to use (and enjoy) the full capability of the Skype for Business app. Also, some functionality might require an update to Lync or Skype for Business Server or might not be available to all users. If you’re not sure about your account status, please contact your IT department.

Got error message
The error message of “we can’t connect to exchange, please try again later” keep popping up.

it's good to have this app but
It's good to have this application so if I'm out of my office, I can still chat with my teammate that in production line that doesn't have phone. But the problem/issues which I had feedback and complaints since I installed this application is that the application doesn't sync well, need me to open the application in order for me to get incoming chat and the worst is that the chat will be duplicate to be 2 or 3 chat from the same person that I chat with. Please help to fix it as soon as possible and I will rate 5 star.
Excellent voice quality and user friendly
I’ve been using this app for a year till now for my work and it works perfectly especially the voice quality. I can see that the team is constantly looking for improvement on its qualities! Awesome team
