I saw other players comments on the same issue. Please find your own issues and fix it, dont keeping ask player inbox device info bla bla bla. All the player device got problem at the same time? Are player device problem or your problem?

Topup subscription but no response inside game
I have topup for monthly subscription but the game does not reflect that I subscribe successfully but App Store had charged me twice as I click for twice.
