Succinct and effective
I am not one for a long drawn work out but I recognise the necessity of keeping the body active for various health reasons. There are many apps in the market but I found this most interesting with the mini achievements and easy to follow exercise. Most importantly, I always break a sweat even after just 7 minutes. Thank you!
Its has free version
You can use it as free version to try. It has free full body workout for free and work very well with Apple Music (i use “pop workout” playlist). If coach wana tell you something.. music will turn down. I very love this feature.
And this apps has big community.. you will loved use it even it was free version.
Getting better
Good and nice apps for fundamental exercise. If you do not wish to go to gym but need some exercise, this is just the right apps to keep you fit all the time. And the good thing is, you don’t need any equipment. Just follow the instructions and you’ll get what you want!
