Amazing!!

I have been using Epic! for school at u can tap on words that u don’t know and it will tell u the meaning. It has SOOO many books to choose from. If I could i would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s. over all a great app.

It was okay,but now….

I would like to say a few words about this app:

I really like it’s app and it is very useful. Recently,before the update happen,I was a bit worried because my buddy ask me to come back for next day to read another book once finish the previous book,now I am okay with it. After this update,it suddenly changed,when I want to flip to another page,it said need ‘Epic Family’. I don’t my parents’ birth year and I hate that thing! Even I couldn’t do it at this main point. I am very desperate,developers! Can you please fix this issue before the update? It is getting very frustrating. Developers,you know what exactly you need to do!!! Counting on you,make me happy please….-En Yi

Unable to access full app after paying for annual subscription

It’s a good app for kids, but customer service is near non existent.
I’ve purchased an annual subscription dec 2020, but have been unable to access the full app.
Contacted support to have my purchased restored. They informed me that they do not have any records of my purchased. I’ve already sent my subscription & iTunes invoice details. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I still have not receive any reply after sending multiple emails for feedback. Very very upset with the service and still unable to use the app which I have paid for. I think once they take your money they don’t bother if the app works or not for you.
