Improvement needs
1. Cancellation order still US number even local in Lipis the server.
2. Shop listed but all currently not accepting order
Enjoying this pioneer apps but hmmm.
More thing should be improve.
The apps doest have any specific time rider should be delivered the food. Need to wait more than 1 hours. Sometime, the stores also not aware with the order receipts. Also, difficult to get helps through the apps (cant live chat with the rider/apps).
Kecewa dengan tiada pembaharuan dalam app ini
Saya sangat kerap guna app ini untuk buat pesanan makanan saya dan keluarga. Hampir setiap waktu lunch akan gunakan app ini.
Dalam kawasan saya ada foodpanda, tapi saya pilih app ini atas dasar support local app.
Tapi makin hari, app ini langsung tiada pembaharuan yang memberangsangkan. Antara perkara yang saya benci bila guna app ini:
1- Tak boleh cancel order. Walaupun ada cara untuk cancel melalui app, tapi sekadar paparan contact untuk dihubungi. Bila saya check, nombor itu tak wujud! Senang cerita, tak boleh cancel lah order kita. Tunggu la 1-2 jam baru makanan sampai.
2- Tiada customer service chat function. Kalau Grab atau FP, jika ada masalah, boleh terus contact customer service dekat ruangan chatbox. Atau boleh mesej rider. Tapi tiada dalam app ini. Takkanlah setiap kali ada masalah, saya nak kena Whatsapp pemilik app ini? Menyusahkan.
3- Banyak kali kes saya kena di mana restoran atau rider tak update status. Saya tengok dekat status, selepas 1 jam masih tak bergerak. Pesanan tak diterima kedai. Atau rider tidak terima pesanan. Nak contact customer service, tak tahu macam mana. Nak cancel order, tak boleh. Serabut betul. Alasan diberi, rider atau restoran baru guna app, tak reti nak update. Kalau dah tau, ajar la betul-betul sampai mereka reti guna app.
4- Tiada ganjaran kupon atau diskaun untuk minta maaf jika order lambat sampai. Jika ada masalah order, haaa tunggu je lah sampai 2 jam baru makanan sampai. Makanlah dengan hati yang panas.
Jika ada pilihan lain, elaklah guna app ini. Satu kerugian masa dan mental jika anda guna app ini.
Tapi 1 benda saya puji, makanan pasti sampai. Itu anda boleh percaya. Tapi, tunggulah sampai 1-2 jam.
