Effient Process, Value Assessment Can Be Better

I have sold 2 x iPhone XS Max 64GB. Great app for those want get immediate cash. Value assessment can be fairer. Wear and tear tiny isolated fine lines should be part of overall devaluation and should NOT be consider as “minor scratches” but deem as “minor scratches” during onsite assessment. The App should also immediately assess the Model and IMEI number to ensure eligibility in advance. I was asked where is the country I purchased the phones as part of the assessment and almost not eligible for the resell, the app should ask this in advance to avoid confusion. For those declared perfect conditions of the phone, expect another 12% to 23% devaluation post the physical on-site stringent visual assessment.
