Apps connection offline
Some time via apps connection display offline but using WiFi on the spot connection is online. Phone 4G connection no problem but why apps connection shown offline unable to view CCTV? Please check on this.
Playback Error
Latest Update unable to replay recording on my phone. Keep saying “ Already play the recording file of the day, please choose other date”. But surprisingly it works for my other phone. Please guide how to resolve.
