Most of the survey (99%), cannot be completed, sometimes seems like I almost finish it but suddenly terminated. Ended up earning 15 points only while spending more than 20 mins doing it! It’s waste of time! I have tried using laptop and mobile apps to do it, but still the same

APP ISSUE TO DO SURVEY AND POINT REDEMPTION
Dear Customer Support Team,
I think my app have the issue as i couldnt receive any survey to complete since December 2023 till today and it is totally impossible. Moreover, i have total enough points to redeem the reward but the app keeps claim that i have not enough points to redeem. I have sent email twice and no respond which makes me so disappointed. Hope to hear from you soon.
