Title: Beware of iQueen App: Terrible Experience and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on iQueen app over a month ago, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items. However, when the parcel finally arrived, I was shocked to find that it contained completely different items than what I had ordered. To make matters worse, the courier service agent unexpectedly arrived to collect the incorrect items without any prior appointment. This left me feeling confused and frustrated, as I had not been given any warning or opportunity to rectify the situation beforehand. After reaching out to iQueen’s customer service team to inquire about the status of my order and when I could expect to receive the correct items, I was met with nothing but silence. My repeated attempts to communicate with them were ignored, leaving me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. Overall, my experience with iQueen has been nothing short of disappointing. From receiving incorrect items to being ignored by customer service, it’s clear that this app prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise others to think twice before using iQueen, as you may end up with a similar experience of frustration and disappointment.
