The app game I play fee hour still cannot get the point on valley pls help I’m still 0 no point at all

Very poor to playing this game … i never tried to play game like this so poor very hard to earn money and germ .. and the funny thing is if you not enough the blue📉it will jump it the press germ , I wrong press many time .. why can not setting type 2 time to confirm press the germs .. so angry when you wrong press to use the germ .. because very hard to earn the germ haiz ..you know I playing hay day can earn many money and germ..but your game only want ppl to use real money to playing game 😖😖

No Connection

I was in the middle of the abandoned ship quest when the no connecton icon showed up. Disconnected my wife, tried data but was no avail. I understand sometimes the games have bugs but Iam dissappointed because I was in the middle of getting the cat as my pet quest. I know even if the bug is fixed, I cant have that cat as my pet anymore ..
