Description
The iSAMS Student app offers students quick and easy access to their school information in one central place. From timetables to teaching groups, exam entries and exam timetables, rewards and detentions, activities and reports, students have the ability to access their personal school information directly from their iPhone or iPad.
The official iSAMS Student app links directly with the iSAMS management information system. It has been designed to offer students real-time access to their key school information in order to enhance their school experience. It also offers extended communication links and provides a valuable tool for students to connect with their teachers and fellow peers.
Simple to use, the app offers a personalised dashboard with quick links to:
The student’s timetable
Any sanctions and rewards
Any news bulletins and school news
The school calendar
The photo galleries
The ‘My Profile’ section offers easy access to further information including:
Teaching groups
The school timetable
Internal exam details (entries, timetables, results)
External exam details (entries, timetables, arrangements, candidate details, results)
School reports and assessments
Attendance
Activities
Detentions
Reward and conduct details
There is also a helpful ‘Information’ area where students can access school news and bulletins (both current and archived news), the school calendar and the school directory.
Useful push notifications mean that students can be notified about any updates or news in real-time. For example, students can receive a notification to inform them that their latest school report has been added to their profile or the location of their forthcoming hockey match has changed.
The data used by the iSAMS Student app is encrypted to ensure that confidential information cannot be accessed by unauthorised personnel. Your school also controls the level of visibility of information offered to students.
Please note: The iSAMS Student app must be installed by your school in order for it to be accessible to students. It will only work as part of the iSAMS management information system.

Repetitive Logging-In
Stop logging me out and asking for the password every time I close (swipe up) and re-open the app!
This happens even with Remember Me enabled. I just want to open the app and access my timetable without having to enter a password every time. That’s what Remember Me is for, make sure it works properly!
Developer Response ,
We have simplified the login process so a regular user should only have to login once every 3 months. We have also removed fingerprint, pin codes etc as the phone access controls are sufficient.
The issue you have reported was linked to old version 1 settings - we have pushed out a small release to all schools that clears this.
Please try again - the app should just auto load straight through to the dashboard after the first login... If it does not can you please e-mail our support team - support@isams.com with your school code. We will then make sure your school has the latest release.
Login Failure
Once my isams would work fluently and I would use the application to check my classes. However, recently there has always been a failure whilst logging in the application. Due to this I can’t check my classes thus problems this can lead following my schools opening.
Once you log in Isams you are greeted by a long loading. If you have patience you could wait centuries, but if your impatient like me you could wait only 10 minutes.
Idk what’s happening
Isams can you tell me what’s the problem with your app? It is frozen and like I see green and the word ISAMS. 🤬I just want to enter the app and see who is my teacher for all of my subject because this is a new year at my school so please tell me what’s going on but other than that this app is perfectly great 👍🏿
