Needs to have a rating per delivery
Jahez app is good but you cannot feedback on the food delivery experience for example, the quality of the driver. We cannot even rate whether delivery was good or not.
We should also be able to confirm if the delivery was actually made because sometimes the driver says the food was delivered much before the delivery of the food.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION
Apps don’t have customer service! I order food , the driver is almost nearby but then he click says that “items has been delivered “ and which is I haven’t received yet! I try to find any customer service no. but none, the only option is rating service, even I report missing items, no feedback received and i just waste my money for nothing! It’s haram!
Bad service
Don't use this apps totally rubbish! i just ordered my food for delivery but i didn't get my food and Jahez said my food "delivered". How can it be like that? i already made online payment, i didnt get my food and refund as well. poor aps, poor management. U can't take people money simple as that. It's Haram.
