Description
The Jalinan Digital Negara (JENDELA) is a new Malaysia government initiative developed together with the telecommunication Service Providers to provide Rakyat quality fixed, wireless, cellular broadband experience and connectivity.
JENDELA Map Mobile App provides Rakyat facility to check network coverage in their area and submit demand new services from the respective Service Providers. All demand submitted in this app will be channeled to the Service Providers for them to plan better connectivity and services to Rakyat in the near future.
TOGETHER we can make it better as we move into 5G technology and digital connectivity era for better network experience anywhere, anytime, using any device.

The trashiest app ever created
I can safely say with utter confidence that this is probably the trashiest app ever developed. Its designed to get people to report issues on internet connectivity but it always give problems like “ Tidak dapat hantar maklum balas anda. sila Cuba sekali lagi” FGS tell us what went wrong!!! That is simple app UX you cant even do that? And how am I supposed to report if I get this message all the time? Did you guys hire peanut programmers again?? What a bunch of baboons.
also use my current location rarely works. i have to mash the buttons like 1 million times until it works. Again why do you even bother with this garbage
Pls improve reporting of poor reception
Please make it easier for end-user to report poor reception. They should be able to submit location details, GPS data and Speedtest screenshot in the absolute minimum number of clicks.
Reception report should also include 3G & 4G, this is not very clear currently. It is written as 2G…??
Lastly, please consider engaging a UI/UX expert, the entire app can benefit from better design and performance
how to follow up?
this app is a joke, how do you follow up on the report you submitted? and why do i even need to know what POI is there? i have other better apps for that. such a waste of taxpayers’ money, mcmc’s website works fine and it’s much more efficient
