This apps is very useful! Since I downloaded this apps, I always up to date on what running event that would be happen next. The sign up system also easy to understand and user friendly. But some running event, when we sign up, there will have choice where 3 people can sign up straightaway but when it comes to cloth size, we user only can key in one size instead on three people size. It is hard if those 3 people have 3 different cloth size 😅Maybe can improve this later on. Overall, awesome!

Jom Run is a well-done app that includes a running tracker and a variety of upcoming races. The tracker gives you a good amount of information, including your pace per kilometer, the calories burned, your elevation change, how far you have run, and how long you have been running. It also includes a map of where you have run, which is useful if you want to go back and run the same run. Jom Run also does a good job of giving you races, some of which can't be found other places!Although Jom Run is useful in many ways, it is not always the most accurate. Once, I ran the same run twice. The first time, the tracker said I ran a little more than 3 kilometers, but the next time, it recorded the length as four and a half kilometers! The tracker is also easy to bump and accidentally delete your progress.To make Jom Run better, the app could…Have your progress automatically saved so bumping a button accidentally won't get rid of your progression.Have a more accurate tracking system.Show more event choices in each area.Make a way for users to select multiple regions at one time when looking for possible events.Find a way to make sure past races don't show up when you are searching for races, making the events easier to navigate.

As an attendee of the Garfield Run event held last Saturday in Johor Bahru, I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the overall experience. The event was advertised as a 10km open road run, but to our dismay, we ended up running only 5.5km within the confines of the mall car park. The organizers failed to inform us about this unexpected route change, leaving us feeling deceived and frustrated..I strongly advise potential participants to exercise caution before considering any future events organized by this company. Please be aware of the discrepancies and issues we encountered during the Garfield Run. For a more accurate reflection of participants' experiences, I recommend reading the reviews on the JOM RUN app, as it appears that negative comments have been deleted from the event's Facebook and Instagram pages..It is not only the responsibility of the organizers to address these concerns; the official sponsorship or collaboration partners involved should also take note of the negative impact on their own reputations. As reputable partners, it is essential for them to carefully consider the credibility and organization of the events they associate their names with. Aligning themselves with a poorly organized event reflects poorly on their own reputation..We sincerely hope that the event organizer and their collaboration partners take immediate action to rectify these issues and prevent similar disappointments in the future. Participants invest their time, effort, and money with the expectation of a well-organized and fulfilling experience. Open communication, transparency, and accountability are essential to regain trust and maintain a positive reputation.

Just downloaded the app so that I can register myself for some events which are only available and exclusive from the app. However, registering myself into the app through Facebook ended up having the app hanging on me that I have to force shutdown the app and trying again unti the third time. Then the attempts to find and register myself into a particular event was also a hassle. When I click on search, the app showed a page with a bunch of lines but no serach results that I had to force restart the app several time. When it finally was able to list the event, it hanged again when I tap on the event listed. 4 hours later and I have yet to register myself into an event that I want.
