This mobile app is the official Republic of Korea government app and you can use it to apply for the K-ETA.

K-ETA is an electronic travel authorization that visa-free foreign visitors need to obtain before entering Korea, by
submitting relevant information such as their travel information.

Use this app to apply for your K-ETA easily and conveniently.

- K-ETA is required for nationals of 66 visa-waiver countries and 46 designated visa-free countries
- You need to apply at least 24 hours before you board your flight or ship

Results

I applied k eta a week before my father applied but until now I didn’t get any results. However my father applications was approved 3 hours after apply. It’s already 2 weeks and i still didn’t get any results! I did email them inquires four times but the only answers is too much application. But how can my father’s application get result even though I apply a week before he apply? Please upgarde your system. Because how many people have to burn their flight tickets just because we need to wait for the k eta results!

Upload pic problem

Everytime i try to upload the picture and summit the picture keep change to other ppl pictures. I not sure when i done the payment my picture still there or not 😞

Terrible experience

How can I make a payment? What’s wrong with your system?? I tried several times to make a payment and I had filled in all the information. It is always stuck in the payment section. Please solve this problem as soon as possible to fix my bad experience! I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the K-ETA app. If it is still stuck in the payment section, I will cancel my flight tickets to South Korea because I am unable to make my payment.
