Notifications sound
I changed the notifications sound but it still using the old sound but not the new notifications sound that I wished to changed.....beside that everything okay
Notification unstable
This is a good and interesting app to use but what makes me feels annoying is that-most of the time the notifications come late! It could take more than half day to receive the message or not at all until you open up the app and get the message! You could miss an important message from your friends! Not receiving message on the spot! Can kakao please fix this problem ASAP? This is very serious issue! Don’t let your users down!
I cant login and chatting due to restriction services
I dont even know why my account is been restrict from the service. I’ve never send any violences/malicious message or content in the app. I’ve send many inquiry to your team to fix this but there’s no response. If your team had response it only said that I still can reply to the user who already in my conversation! What is going on to your system?? I can’t even login because the pop up message said that MY ACCOUNT IS UNABLE DUE TO RESTRICTION OF SERVICE???????? What is this?
