Poor registration process

If you have KDI account in other apps, and yes, you will need to register as a new user for using KDI Go.With its advanced features of online application, you may find it really take care of your application seriously by having longer days of application review, poor selfie/ID photo taking system, and not even bother to inform you that your application get rejected due to poor selfie/ID photo taken.Guess what, they even do not allow you to resubmit the selfie/ID photo easily with a single button; nor allow you to register again with the same email address. Therefore, you will need to go through with their contact form.One good thing is that, at least they responded my inquiry fast enough.

Using the old KDI app I really can’t wait to switch to this. UI looks good but the app’s tech is almost useless. It asks me if I want to link my KDI portfolios but everytime I tried i kept getting an error. For 3 days already. Its loading time is slow. Basically can’t do anything. Don’t launch if you guys are not ready.

Using the old KDI app I really can’t wait to switch to this. UI looks good but the app’s tech is almost useless. You know how fast the other finance app opens up? Well not this one. The interface is sluggish, reopening takes more than 15 seconds (which is unacceptable especially when the other bank app just works instantly)Definitely nothing to do with the connection because the other app works just fineDeveloper needs to fix more bugs and make this actually a reliable app. Imagine you have to go through another app just to transfer payment. I do not recommend this app until the sluggishness is fixed
