KFC Malaysia 4+

My hous in kota seriemas and in food panda only capture kfc nilai. They did not capture kfc bandar enstek. I called kfc nilai first before order and they said ye they can deliver if its available in foodpanda list. After about 30 minutes waiting food panda cancelled my order and stated that they dont have riders. I spent rm60 and gone just like that???? I have to pay immediately while the refund in 2 weeks and most of the time they didnt refund my payment at all!!!!! U should not collaborate fith foodpanda anymore PLUS u should polish ur kfc apps too coz it is very confusing and not friendly. Eg: i put voucher which is not available for my order but when i try to pay, because voucher still there but cannot apply to may order, the apps didnt remove it automatically and didnt inform me. Instead i just kept hanging and cannot pay!!!!!!!!! Pls look into this or else ur customer GONE to MCDONALD which their apps very friendly and FAST!!!!!

I had to call 5 times just to check on the delivery status and never get revert. Nothing. The funny thing is the KFC branch is less than 5 km from my house! If I can drive to the restaurant on my own, I would! But the thing is I need to have it deliver to my house. If you’re not ready to initiate the delivery services using the apps or anything. Better not!

It would be wonderful if you could include it the Real Time delivery time. Hence people can locate the delivery guy location as well as please notify the user earlier if there’s any high ordering hence the food will arrive late. There’s so many app for food delivery. Do more research. Improvise. Please.

Ordered and payed the night before my scheduled delivery(1pm) and the food was delay for 4 hrs. Called the delivery line 3 times and at every call, the staff said that they are preparing my order and claimed that their rider tried to call me numerous times. I received NO CALLS even from a second phone number I gave. An hour after the last call, a staff called me to inform that their shop is CLOSED?? The staff even mentioned that they have been closed for THREE DAYS. With three days of experience, why NON of the staff on the delivery line even care to inform me that they are closed??? Instead of telling me that they are ‘preparing’ my order, keeping me waiting for HOURS. I understand that it is quarantine right now and the shop decided to close but NO ONE in that 3 delivery line calls informed me about the closing. This is ridiculous! Plus, if your are closed why is the app still operating to receive orders?? Without ANY NOTICE. Pls close or disable or even post a simple notice on the app if you are planning to CLOSE than STILL RECEIVE ORDERS AND PAYMENTS!
