Kiddocare is Malaysia’s first on-demand babysitting platform that conveniently connects parents with trained and vetted Malaysian babysitters based on their preferred time and location. Whether it’s short-term babysitting service whenever you need it, or a long-term engagement, Kiddocare has your back!

How does it work?

After signing up and telling us a little bit about your children and what you want in a babysitter, you can book the date and time you need. Our app will help you find a suitable babysitter near you. You can view babysitter’s profile and read reviews from fellow parents.

Parents can use the app to:
- Read other user’ reviews on potential sitters to hire
- View sitter’s childcare experience on their profile
- Book, select a sitter from the available pool, and pay for a babysitting appointment
- Parents can communicate with the selected sitter(s) via in-app chat upon confirmation of booking and for the duration of the service.
- Leave notes and instructions for your babysitters on your child’s care.

Things you can improve on

1. When picking for available carer, please give more options instead of just the first 5 that apply, I’m very sure u have more than that available.

2. On the active booking put the date of the kiddocare suppose to work, not the date that the booking has been made

3. Have like a template ready for faster booking, I book a few times a month so it’s troublesome to have to input everything from scratch. Make it easier for regulars to book

4. Make it that I’m able to book months in advance rather than just 1 months ahead

The app is user-friendly. The detailed process from registration to booking and end booking. Once your reservation has been applied by some carers, you will be supplied with great details from the carer before selecting. So far, we've been saved by Kiddocare. It is easy to book or get a caregiver anywhere at anytime 🌟. Thanks, Kiddocare.

A lot to improve

Chat room - If carer cancel, new carer join in the chat can see previous conversation/info shared. No privacy.

Submit a review - Written part not responsive when want to submit review. User may accidentally click no for the final question. (child safe)

Notification - When want extension, please inform Whatsapp group. Which one? Service Channel? Announcement? Other admin? Naming and label can be improve to avoid confusion.

Parents would not want to navigate through the app when spending time out to deal with this app UX. Whatsapp is a totally different application.

There are few other ideas but I would come back from time to time. This review simply for the app nor related to the carer or services.
