to be fair the system provided is very much satisfying in compare to other local companies apps. however there are some parts where it’s inconvenience for us carer. 1) admin must notify carer about the job application especially if client likes to delay approval. notify carer 24h - 48h about the job so us carer are aware of short notice application. (this is very helpful as sometimes us carer tend to apply different timing same day few weeks ahead and can avoid overlapping or overwork) 2) client reviews. seriously its starting to get annoying. i cant see my client reviews. i need to see if there’s any lacking from my previous session so i can provide better. this isn’t only beneficial for carer but also for kiddocare to have exceptional carer for clients.3) the apps always crash. every time i want to text client in the chat or just roaming around it happened to log out.

A big shout to the KC team for upgrading new apps version, i really appreciated it ❤️ throughout my experience using the latest version I hv encountered several issues which I will listed down below;1. Notification It would be great if the developer can put suggestion boxes in the setting so carer can tick/untick whichever programs that we would like to view in the notification banners for instance,”status of applied jobs” & “booking available”. Another suggestion is the “booking available” can be put in the notification tab in the apps which carer can view the job available whenever we open the apps and no need to view through the notification banner. Most of the time I hv to scroll long listed notification and missed the notification that related to my applied jobs🥲2. Filter (Location,duration,etc.)Im not sure about anyone else but it would be convenience if I can set the filter and save it which it will not reset whenever i open the apps, its quite a hassle to select the filter all over again when I want to browse the job available sections. 3. Description on ProfileIt would b nice if there is no limit of characters regarding to the description of carer’s experience 4. Rating We have been inform that the new version apps can view our rating but it’s still not appear in rating tab. I do hope that we can view our rating from time to time so that it can help us to improve ourselves in future🙏🏻I apologized if I have offended anyone with my reviews, it’s not my intention to hurt anyone feelings 🙏🏻that’s just my two cents feel free to take it or leave it. Request to Improve Notification Settings for Carers

Dear Developer Team,I would like to raise a concern regarding the current notification system.Carers are receiving a high volume of notifications that are not related to the jobs they have applied for. This has become quite overwhelming, especially since we set our own availability and actively search for jobs when we are ready to take on new jobs.It would be greatly appreciated if you could consider adding customizable notification settings. For example, a feature in the settings section that allows carers to select or deselect specific programs or categories they wish to receive notifications for. This would help ensure that we only receive relevant updates.At present, the long list of notifications makes it difficult to identify important alerts related to our applied jobs, and there is a risk of missing critical information.Kindly consider reducing or stopping notifications about future job postings that are not aligned with our preferences. Carers will search for available jobs when they are actively looking for work.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your consideration and improvement of the notification system.
Flimsy app reflecting flimsy care in the company

The app keeps on being upgraded for unnecessary things. Notifications spamming carers which are not related to their jobs. The requirement to end the session on the carer’s app when most parents don’t interact with us during the session. There is very little protection provided for the carers in terms of safety even though there is an active feature on the app. Admins don’t actually monitor. They just do auto texting without monitoring properly. Kiddocare prioritises clients over their carers despite carers complaining about the house condition, the parent’s behaviour etc. Reminders for job that is not ours disrupts our notification for our actual jobs. And stop spamming for future jobs because carers will look for jobs when they are looking for jobs. Klang valley is not a scarce area. If for scarce areas, it is logical to put that notification.
