KineMaster (OLD‪)‬ 4+

I love this app. I really do in these past 2 and half years because of so many features included. But, in my editing experience using this app was not very smooth. Sometimes lagging, bug when insert/create a layer(suddenly create so many layer by itself! ..and i have to edit it again) and mostly crash. I am considering move to Lumafusion, but, that app didn’t have the feature that Kinemaster offered(e.g: clip graphics). I compared this 2 product and the differences are Kinemaster had clip graphics and Lumafusion had one-lifetime payment/purchase. Other features? They are almost the same(this is only my experience). Above all, please do something, maybe? Thank you! Love this app, 2 years of loyalty. Haha!

Thank you so much for your love and support over the years! The problem of video clips duplicating themselves has been fixed with the 4.15.5 version but you will have to manually fixed the damaged projects as the new version cannot undo what has gone wrong. We are terribly sorry about the inconvenience this may have caused and will take this as a lesson for our future updates. Thank you for your opinion about other apps as well!

This app is great and all and I absolutely love this!,
But there’s one problem that is bugging me a lot and I hope you understand, So one day I was editing, I wanted to do a video layer with chroma key. So I got to my layer and set out my video, but what I saw was that my video was covered in diagonal lines and it didn’t even animate! Could you please fix this or tell me why it’s like this, I find this very annoying. Please fix this very soon or please tell me why it is like this. Sincerely, a customer

Generally, you will be able to have more lower-resolution layers (360p, 540p) and fewer high-resolution layers (1080p, 4K). If your device is unable to handle an additional video layer, it may show the layer with lines through it when added. Try reducing the resolution of the video clip that you're trying to add as a layer.

Hello kinemaster, can u please explain to me how to transfer my acc to other devices? Because i already paid to my current devices but then i cannot export because of my current devices don’t have enough storage. I tried to transfer my acc to another devices but it still can’t. I hope you can fix this .. it’s not worth it when u complete editing the videos but then can’t export bcs too large .. but then tried to open with another phones and sign in with the same acc but they still ask us to pay those premium package. I hope u notice my Message . 😭😭😭😭 u need to do something about this .

Hi! You can absolutely sign in using your KineMaster account on another device, only if it is on the same brand. In your case, Iphone and other iphone/iPad. It is not doable if the other device is not iOS product(for ex: android tablet/smartphone). If you need further assists, please contact us via KineMaster(app) -> Help&Support('?'
