Stuck at a level

I got stuck at level 370 for months now coz the customers won’t order what is required in that level so I cant get pass it. Is there anything to fix that? I love this game but this level started to annoy me

In app purchase

I made several in app purchases but did not receive the items. Purchases were successful and money deducted from my account. I restarted the apps several times as well but were to no avail. Hope my purchases are restored accordingly.

We have fixed the game loading issue on the mobile Android/iOS platforms. Kindly update the game to the latest 9.8.2 version for Android/iOS from their respective Play/App store as the game is loading fine after the new update.

Not easy to pass level

I love this game so so much. I played it since few years ago. But I stuck level for long time. Too difficult to pass the level. Hope can be simpler.
