Don’t have option for child
Why this app doesn’t offer option for child (2 years to 11 years old)? It just has option for Infant only (under 2 years). What if I’d like to buy tickets for children?

Never use their service anymore
Never use Kiwi anymore. I booked my flight ticket from Paris to KL, and I mispelt my name by one letter. I immediately called and dropped a message and email to Kiwi to address the matter, which is three weeks before the flight, and they only got back to me 5 days before saying that they can do the changes for a fee. And I immediately said okay and got a reply to wait for the payment link. I never got the payment link despite multiple calls and messages, and they got back to me three hours before the flight that they cant change the letter. They should have informed me earlier and not three hours before the flight despite constant follow ups from me.
I wont recommend this service at all

Bad Refund Policy, Bad Service
My flight was delayed and it affected my connecting flight. I need to pay 3x the price of my tickets for alternative flight and they charge a huge fee for a refund. The instant refund they could give was only for like 20% of the price I paid and refund it into my Kiwi account, otherwise I have to wait 3 months for refund to my card (and according to them, the refunded amount could be less). Be careful with this Travel Agent. I regret not reading the reviews as I can see a lot of people faced the same thing.
