KLEAN the World 4+

First I like to say kudos for the great initiative. You solved my biggest concern when I purchased one time used plastics. The apps is updated and the rewards somehow encourage me to recycle more and be more cautious when buying plastic based items. I just hope that you will cover more are and more bins available. Great job and keep it up!

I thought the KLEAN app was supposed to make recycling easy, but it's been nothing short of a nightmare. I lugged a bag of bottles and cans to KL Sentral, only to find that both machines were utterly useless - they couldn't even scan a single item. My disappointment knew no bounds.

Hoping for better luck, I ventured to KLCC the next morning, same bag of recyclables in tow. The machine at the food court? You guessed it - it refused to detect anything. Then I trekked down to the G floor, and what did I find? The recycling machine was bursting at the seams! Seriously, can this bin get anything right?

But wait, it gets worse. I decided to give it one last shot at MITEC. What a mistake! The machine was placed inside the building, and the overzealous security guards wouldn't let me in, despite there being no events happening. So there I was, forced to drag another bag of cans and bottles back home, defeated.

The irony is overwhelming. The carbon emissions generated from my futile trips around town probably outweighed any good I could have done by recycling those bottles and cans. KLEAN, you're not just disappointing; you're environmentally counterproductive. What a colossal waste of time and effort!

This is by far the most innovative and excellent way to promote recycling and have an instant impact towards sustainable living. Can’t wait for Klean to be all over the world!
