Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure 4+

Me and my family had a great experience by using the KLOOK apps. Its was easy to find the driver from the arrival hall at the Airport. The car was cleaned and the driver named is Satria we took for three (3) days tour from KLOOK apps was extremely professional. We reach every destination with safely drive by Satria.

Satria is very friendly, even we keeps asking things I never seen back in my place and he willingly entertained my question. Thank you 🙏 Satria.

A query was sent through klook app (“Ask klook”) as there was an error in the voucher. However, there were no respond from the team after 2 days. Subsequently, made a call to the customer service to ask for a change of voucher details. There were no alternatives being offered by the customer service representative instead and said they will get back to me ASAP. When I ask for the estimated timeline to get back to me, they mentioned that there is no guarantee on the waiting period/ timeline of them getting back to me. I am disappointed as there is no sense of urgency and no assistance was provided to me from the team which defeats the objectives of a customer service team. Worst experience ever.

I booked a transport and clicked arrival as 28th - somehow after I inserted the flight number the dates changed to 29th. A day before my arrival I asked the customer service for details of meet up tomorrow - and both customer service and driver did not tell me my booking is not for tomorrow. Now I’ve arrived with no transport and even though they know I will not be in airport tomorrow- there is no way to change the dates of the transport. I would like to change to transport to airport.
The company would not have made a loss because they know I’ve already arrived. How is it that it cannot be changed as it’s due to misunderstanding by both parties.
