Terrible loading time
My textbooks take forever (if they even do) to properly load, sometimes when I try to swipe pages or skip multiple, it just hangs and the whole screen doesn’t even respond so I have to close the app (MULTIPLE TIMES). Terribly frustrating as a student that relies on this app.
(Post Update: 2 of my 12 textbook is available for reading but somehow, the rests of my (downloaded) books just turn up blank when opened! Please fix ASAP

User experience using kortext
The user experience is lacking termendoulsy due to below reasons
1. When using audio, this apps do not have auto flip page to continue on its own
2. Reading using laptop, apps do not do auto sizing following user display screen hence made reading tiring to the eyes, either too small or if zoom in need to scroll to left or right when reading
3. It does not continue back to the page I left off
Badly designed app
Scrolling through the pages were horrible, zooming in and out were horrible, overall just ridiculous how bad this app is
