To start:

3. Create PIN

KSP is made available for parking lots administered under Kulim Municipal Council only.

Apps very bad to use always lag and slow. Please fix the problem and always update the apps

Just some few things on the parking lot
Where you can add if the user wishes to add the parking lot then they should go for it , if not then just proceed to pay. Cse some users wont understand the parking lot and some parking lot dont have numbers. Try to come up with some idea on how to solve the issue
But so far well done.

Lag lag lag always !!!!!!! Can’t make payment !!!!!!!! It’s been more than half an hour and I still can’t pay successfully, if you issue a fine to me during this period, then I will be wronged. it’s not that I don’t want to pay, it’s your app process is tooooooooooo slow and lag !!!!!!!
