Lalamove - Penghantaran Murah 4+

Ive realize that since lalamove upgrade their version of apps, the price of delivery become more expensive compare to bungkusit and grab.
The other things that make me feel annoyed when there is no cancel order button. Yesterday ive accidentally book 3 orders for delivery and i need to cancel 1 order .. since i just need to use 2 driver to 2 different places. Try yo chat with agent but no respond.. 3 times ya!

Lalamove drivers are becoming petit thieves, running away with delivery packages. The funny thing is that lalamove does not seem to know what to do to them, they will rather put you under stress with stupid protocols, asking you to make police report and bla bla bla, but not sure they question drivers. I’m sure they don’t investigate these reported drivers. I don’t even use it for special package delivery. This company is filled with criminal drivers. Because of MCO, some people do home cooking/trading and deliver to customers using lalamove, unfortunately, the criminal drivers will run away with the money that they are supposed to collect from the buyer and return to the seller. When you report, lalamove will come up with stupid protocols. My advice, when giving these criminal drivers your package, record a short video of them when you are handing it over to them. Lalamove gotta figure out how to improve their service and root out these criminals. If you want to deliver what you sold to a customer through lalamove and also want the customer to send the payment back to you through same lalamove, please don’t tell the lalamove that he will receive payment for what he delivered. Also let the customer package the money inside something, don’t hand over the money directly to the driver, even ordinary rm200, the shameless driver will run away with it.

I’m order my lalamove under (motorcycle) category. But a (car) driver accepted my order. The system show that around 10 minutes then the driver will be arrive. But I saw my driver still pending around 16 minutes after I’m waiting 20 minutes. I text my driver but he also didn’t reply me and didn’t read my message. After that I cancelled my order directly coz my friend get a motor driver through another company. 4.49pm i cancel my order, the driver still go my pick up point and reach there around 5pm. After that lalamove Customer Service call me and want to charge me RM5 because my driver is on the way already?! Halo? I do a cancellation due to my driver delayed my order and didn’t give me a call or any message for it! Lalamove customer service, can you please find out the reason of customer do a cancellation first before you call customer and ask customer pay for the (driver on the way process fee) before you call? I will not use this apps again, and won’t recommend my friends to use your system due to this issue.
