Nice game

Just download this game and plays it for 5 mins. I could say this game UI UX is so nice. Good job to all your team. The part where soldier put the country flag… 🥹🥹

Great game but lousy tech support

A good and interesting war game that can easily be addictive with multi layers of mini games, tasks and rewards. Unfortunately the great setback is the customer service support that is slow and unresponsive. I bought an expensive VIP pack that did not function fully. When I lodge a report, it took more than 30 hours to get a response but not fixing the problem. On top of that I encountered another similar issue on another purchase within the 24 hours of my 1st problem! I feel cheated and frustrated as not only the issues are still not resolved as this review is written but no compensation provided!!! Either I am unlucky or be careful with your purchases if you wish to play.

PERFUNCTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

As described in title, their customer service is horrible; most of them are just sending the standard answers that are IRRELEVANT to your problem. Only a few of them are better trained and actually help to solve the problem or at least trying to help.

Game is updated frequently trying to fix the problem and to optimize overall experience. HOWEVER, if the customer service representatives are always sending general and fixed answers, how to help the tech team in delivering new patches?!
