FIRST ENJOY & LUCKY

First time using and go to but iphone and do payment till 12 month so easy and enjoy the apps and the plan.

can’t use even verified? LOL

I created a new VERIFIED account and wanted to make a payment but failed. The error message asked me to contact customer service for support and when I did, there was no response from customer service! Bad service, really bad. After several approaches (asking me to contact via whatsapp but no answer then I use messenger), customer service finally answered and said that I have to reapply after 6 months because of late payment or risk? Oh please! This is my first time using this app and it's only my first payment. Other BNPL apps are better than this app. NOT RECOMMENDED! No luck at all and very disappointed. Should refer to facebook reviews (there are many bad reviews about this app) before using this app, waste of time!

Useless BNPL
