After payment and stuck in payment processing (already deduct money in my wallet) after restart game didn’t received any gift, contact customer service also didn’t get any reply or respond

Dear player. You only need to follow the instruction and you only need to click the Purchase button. You don't need to pay the second purchase. You money won't be charged if didn't actually pay it.
