LinkBike is an bike sharing system (BSS). it is taking commuting in Penang to a new level. LinkBike will redefine a new way to connect and commute within George Town, Penang. Anyone can pick up a bike from any of the 25 stations and return it to another station. It is as simple as a scan on the QR Code to release the bicycle.

Stupid
I already paid for the packages and scan to take the bike out. But when i try to take the bike the machine wont unlock it and then i cant cancel my purchase. The help line is not available for 24 hrs, so if your bike gets stuck at night nobody is going to help you. Gov should just cancel this type of public bike services and use 'Beam' instead. Menyusahkan!
App crashed when location service is turned off
This app will crash after taping on “Get Started” button if Location Services is not turned on, it seems the app need user to enable the location service to operate, however there’s no pop-up mesage to turn on the location services if it is still disabled when opening the app, hence the app crash.
Please help to fix this issue just by adding pop-up window to enable the location services.

AWESOME!! this app is easy to use and very responsive the process from unlocking the bike and returning is instant. However, adding more payment methods like touch n go ewallet would be the cherry on top. (the 1 star reviews seems to be years old already, i haven’t encountered any bugs within my usage)
