Call feature for emergency
I wish developer can add call feature for parent to contact the childcare centre when there is emergency. The message feature not really efficient when there is emergency. Thank you
Parents Chat Window
As the app is more to daily updates of our child, I have some feedbacks:
1. Chats Option for Parents: there isn’t a way for parents to initiate/create a chat/topic to speak to the teachers in charge. We can only use old chats with different topics and communicate from there (ie: want to ask about rashes on body but available old chat title is “Concert”). Will be great if there’s an option for parents to start a chat/conversation.
2. The daily check in/out: this is also not accurate at this point of time, it doesn’t tabulate the days our child is absent, it shows 100% attendance. Please assist to fix that.
3. Weight/Height/etc Info Input: till date, we are still unable to input the weight/height info directly into the app. By right with an app, we should be able to do it but still need to get to the www to input all of these. Please assist to fix this.
Other than that, the app is great for parents to see how the child develop weekly. Please keep up the good effort to improve this app! Thank you!
