Lotus’s App 4+

1. Please let users edit items in the cart 1 day before delivery
2. So hard to find items and secure delivery date/time at the same time. Time given is so short and cannot edit items in the cart some more
3. Please add favourite button so easier for frequent users to add items in the cart. No need to search 50+ items one by one
4. I have problem on placing order recently. Always need to edit information but cannot proceed order and pay. So annoying seriously.

There are too much issue with this app that honestly don’t have enough time to mention them. Took me two weeks just to register due to an error when submitting the registration. The stupid thing is i was already an user of old Tesco app but when switching to this new app, i still have to register as a new joiner. They can’t even move all customers data to the new app. Thinking about all the customers data that was lost during this transition!!!
Then come the issue with location, the app do allow you to select your location but it requires you to enter some additional information - so call “optional”. You can not submit the order if you do not enter the additional information. However, the moment you enter the add info, the error 404 appeared. No mater what you enter, it does not work.
When you give up on selecting your own address and use the address selected by the app itself, you again required to enter some “missing info” and as expected, the error appeared again!!!
Until today i am still not able to submit the order despite many times delete and reinstall the app. Same issues happened again and again!
I wonder if they do any testing before go-live this app. They should have not removed the Tesco app right away- which by the way work perfectly fine. What was they thinking??? This is absolutely an downgrade!!!

This aps is one of the worst aps I ever used. I am not sure why they keep telling me to choose a slot when I already chose many times. The slot not even more than 4 and most of the time is FULL. they just open slot every each 2 day, that one is understandable maybe for easier stock management from their ends. But about your glitch regarding the slot selection, fix it already. Another irritating part is the payment process. We have to fill in the billing part everytime, but then the payment not even successful. They used to give me a promo for first time customer, but then since the payment failed, they probably consider I already used that promo, its missing from my Voucher list. LOTUS APS IS SUCH A FAILURE. Take it down already. It such a shame to develop this kind of fail aps. Waste people time to select things and then unable to complete payment.
