Hi, i wish for 2 features
I want to know each offline magazines that ive downloaded, how many percent that ive read? This is easier to keep track or to read again. Ans, i wish i can easily screenshot the page for reference. I dont care if it will save in the app or photo app. Tq

App fails to recognize me as Gold subscriber after updates

The most frustrating experience with their customer service. I upgraded to Gold last month but this month the app fails to recognize my Gold subscription even though it has auto-renewed, and I got billed twice, one for Lite and one for Gold. Contacted help and they refunded me for Lite but the app still can’t recognize my Gold subscription. Contacted help again only to be told my subscription has ended?! It just renewed yesterday! Finally I just cancelled because no one could help me.

As informed to you by our team on email, we have issued a refund to you for the Magzter GOLD Lite subscription and your Magzter GOLD subscription had expired on January 27, 2021. You can subscribe to Magzter GOLD again from our website or app and continue to indulge in unlimited reading. Disaster after app updates

After recent update, the Magzter app totally can't be opened at all. You encouraged us to use Magzter app but what is the point if ur app is not stable and unreliable. If we are to delete the app and reinstall again, all the magazines downloaded will be lost and we need to download all over again. That is so disappointing, especially when I have downloaded so manyyyyy magazines on this device.. 100+! My goodness. Please please fix it, will you? At least update it and let us keep our downloaded magazines ....
