Makula provides the packaging and processing industry with an easy-to-use and secure after-sales service platform to ensure continuous operations despite internal and external uncertainties.
OEMs and machine distributors can report, document, analyze and most importantly improve the after-sales services offered to their customers through Makula.
What exactly can they do in Makula? Report and document machine breakdowns, easily create and assign tickets, chat with customers through the chat function, easily access the machine and spare parts documentation and report and analyze after-sales services. Most importantly, they can invite their customers to use the Makula app for facilities, which can be used to create tickets for machine break-downs or spare parts requests, consult machine documentation and previously documented issues, and chat with the service engineers, among others.
