Malaysia Home Loan Calculator is designed for Malaysia home buyers or foreign property investors based on the latest rules and regulations in Malaysia. It is the first all-in-one offline home loan calculator for Malaysia, which includes loan repayment calculation, amortization schedule by year and month, legal fee calculation, Sales and Purchase agreement and loan agreement stamp duty calculation and EPF withdrawal calculator. It also provides the latest property news for reference.

Home loan calculator:
1. Calculate monthly repayment, total payment and total interest paid based on the loan amount, interest and length of mortgage
2. Detail amortization schedule on a monthly and yearly basis is provided as well, which shows the principal paid, interest paid and balance for each month
Legal fee calculator:
1. Calculate S&P agreement and loan agreement legal fee based on property price and loan amount
2. Calculate S&P stamp duty based on property price
3. Calculate loan stamp duty based on the loan amount
4. Calculate the total legal fee and stamp duty required based on property price and loan amount
EPF withdrawal calculator:
1. Calculate eligible funds that can be withdrawn based on property price, loan amount and balance in the account

Easy to use, room to improve
Ease of use - for improvement would be to link tabs and only requiring one time key in to obtain all related info. Also, to account for other costs involved such as disbursement, gst, valuation etc which can add up.
Good job!
Useful app, but would be better if inputs are linked across tabs. So I don't have to input my loan amount again and again when viewing fees and epf tab. Also useful to have commas when inputting numbers eg 400,000
