Description

Teachers, lecturers, group leaders and team managers use Mashovim to send kudos to students and team members, recognising achievements and celebrating growth and development.

A leader may, during an activity, select recipients and send them kudos in a few seconds, using a unique three taps user interface.

Mashovim enables quick transmission of pre-made statements, in context, near real time, in just three taps.

Mashovim keeps record of all sent messages and allows for reporting and analytics.

A common use case scenario comprises a group leader and group members. For example, a teacher and students in physics class.
A teacher creates a group (e.g. physics lab class). Students, teammates of the same physics lab class, join the group, using a unique group id. Meanwhile, some categorized pre-made statements, kudos are created by the group leader, teacher, and team members, classmates (e.g. ingenuity, collaboration, creativity, analysis, leadership). Leaders may set up their class as a unidirectional group, meaning, only the group leader can send messages to group members. Alternatively, leaders may set up their class as a multidirectional group, meaning, all group members can send messages to one another.

A teacher or a student, may edit the selected pre-made statement prior to its transmission. A leader may moderate group statements if members have created inappropriate messages that need removal.

Teachers, leaders and students, group members, have means to keep track of all the kudos they have received and sent. Mashovim provides users with reports and drill down facilities to define filters. Filters include time frame, sender, recipient, group, category and statement. A teacher may elect to display all messages, related to collaboration and creativity, the teacher had sent to students, during the last three months. A teacher may ask how many higher level thinking kudos each student in the physics lab class had received.
