If I could give 0 stars I would.

1. maxim drivers have this stupid thing where they take the customers order and cancelled it last minute and then put "X" on the description so other driver didn't take the order for some reason? which is weird.

2. maxim drivers often time raise the fare price when you're already in the car so youre forced to say yes because you're already in the car right? might as well (this is their tactic to fool the customers) raising the fare is bad enough but couldn't they just negotiate in the text message? if you say no to their ridiculous fare you'll have to leave the car and cancel the ride and waste your time especially when you're in a hurry.

3. drivers are stupid and didn't follow directions given by the map and ended taking way too long to arrive at the destination. they'll ask you for the directions instead of looking at the map. I always said to them "tengok map lah" and then they'll shut up and open the map apps to see the directions which they should've done in the first place.

I know a lot of time maps are unreliable but they could always show the map to the passengers and ask whether its right or not.

for example I requested to go to "Servay likas" and they'll bring me to "Servay inanam" bcs they ASSUMED I wanted to go there.

Expensive, SCAM driver & extremely unprofessional

Last night I took a oneway & return ride. The fee supposed to be only RM4 but the young yet old looking driver mark up to RM9. as a lady who concern about her safety bec it’s already dark outside so I accept. In fact, there’s many maxim car nearby but no one accept and keep betting from RM7 to RM20+.. as I went inside the car.. the driver cancelled the ride on app.. to avoid sharing income with Maxim company. It is totally UNSAFE AS THE GPS ARE SHUTDOWN! Once I arrived the destination, I give the driver RM20 waiting for him to give me the balance (total rm9+rm9 one way &return=rm18) guess what the driver said to me “can you just give rm20” I replied “no I need it to buy mineral water. The driver don’t even say thank you and just throw the 2ringgit. This morning, I book again maxim. Different car arrived. The driver said his car broken... It was supposed to be Perodua Bezza but I got old outdated car that I never seen before.. there are a lady sitting beside the driver.. THEY KEPT TALKING ABOUT THEIR ROMANCE WHILE IM AT PASSENGER SIT like what shut your mouth man woman.. keep that personal discussion after this.. AT HOME not in front of people especially passenger. once we arrived the destination.. I busy take out my luggage & basket. The woman who sat beside the driver don’t want to pass me the balance RM1 Even the driver asked to.. they just run not long after I take out my stuff.. GUYS GRAB ARE BETTER!

Order Recieved BUT…

There are something wrong with the ordering system. Even though my order has been recieved and i have arrived to my desire destination, i still got new order to the same place without even noticing. Or there were also times where i have turn off the application and i still get order. What’s happening? I feel bad for the driver who accepted my order without realizing that i have arrived to my destination with another maxim driver who accepted my order before them. I do think this need more improvision and investigation. I also don’t want to get banned or complaint by other driver for this reckless bug.
