App is great, stable and functional. However, I notice that scrolling smoothness remains inconsistent for 120hz phone screens. Its definitely not 120hz enabled, at least for iPhones. Please fix, as even the most basic apps and browsers have this sorted out. Its very much a nuisance and a flaw to an otherwise very good app

Ive been having problem with reactivating my savings account for a month already, I attempted at least 6 times but get the rejection message that its due to a mismatch on the birtdate, I had a ticket opened and it was going smoothly at first and they even collected supplementary documents but after that the ticket was just closed as resolved with no actual resolution or update given.Today i attempted again to apply and chat with a live agent “Cali” , on the get go i was already judging his attempt to put me on hold and while I wait for his response, he intentionally made me go idle so he can prompt in closing the chat. Placed me on hold again for 3-5 mins but then the live agent ghosted me and did not go backI just wanted to know if they can ammend the birthdate reflecting or if theres nothing I can do so i can just close the account, simple question but an answer cant be given
Wish you could allow using international number for us to register and enjoy the facility to pay SSS contribution.
you guys are making me worried transferring from my wallet to savings and the charges of 15 pesos every transaction is not reasonable if you will not show it real time. Until now I didn't know if my money is showing on my account, no reply from chat agents and your BOT is not helpful too. I hope this issue will be resolved as I am losing trust on this kind of app, except for gcashno sense of urgency
The apps is excellent and hassle free
Been sending required documents to transfer my funds from old to new account due to expired sim and have been complying with instruction but requests still not processed and keep on opening new ticket. Very poor customer service

Moved recently to PH… heard about the app and did the full setup. Tried to add money: the fee was 200 PHP for 1,000 PHP of deposit … hey Alice ! In which country do people enjoy being charged 20% ? PH people never heard of %%% It seems ?
CS doesn’t understand your main concern and will ask you to call the hotline eventhough you are working abroad as a template. “International number” is not working.
