This app is published by McDonald’s Delivery service for customers in Malaysia to place orders via iPhone/iPad devices. Customers are required to register with email and password before placing an order. The same login credentials can be used for the app and web (www.mcdelivery.com.my) ordering. Please ensure to select your location before you place your order.

Please note that payment by credit / debit card is now available on the McDelivery Mobile Ordering App.

Need to have a function for customer to confirm received order

Received order confirmation email at 1.12pm, then at 1.35pm got email saying order OTW, then at 1.41pm received another email saying order is delivered. But I have not yet receive my order!!! Waited for 20mins, then tried calling customer service. Called 3 times and every time all agents were busy. Finally received my order at 2.50pm. 1 hour after I received the email saying order is delivered. That email should only be sent after customer has confirmed order is received.

I do not blame the delivery guy, he has 5 other deliveries before me. Please update the app to include this function for customer to confirm received order.

Worst app ever

Seriously McDonald's. A few months ago I tried calling McDonald's and the person on call told me that there's this new McDonald's app that is responsible for the delivery service now. Ok I thought this app could have provide us more convenient delivery service but I was so wrong. I downloaded the app and started filling up my profile. It went quite well until I started to key in my address. It was so hopeless. I tried it a lot of times and it still didn't work. So then I called McDonald's service again, told them my problem, and they told me it's fixed and I could try again. Well I did try again but the result was the same. So just now, which is few months later from the situation above, I re downloaded the McDonald's delivery app and I tried again. I managed to pin my exact location but then the blanks below the map was so hopeless. I filled up my address and guess what was the result. "Delivery service is temporarily not available in your area." Seriously I'm not living in the Pacific Ocean or in some kind of jungle. I'm living in the center of Ipoh and it gave me that. And plus I used McDonald's delivery service very frequently before all these happened and it went quite well when it was still the calling system. Great. McDonald's can you please invest more money in this all due to the extremely poor service of delivery. Thank you and I hope it will be fixed soon.

Disgruntled fan of macds

This app is absolutely hopeless. Once I logged in the app will prompt "we are may able to proceed with your order ". It has happen multiple times . The least mac delivery can do is to route my order to another macd restaurant. I live in hartamas therefore naturally the nearest macd would be Mont Kiara or bangsar village but due to their locality policy they cannot route my order to bangsar which I think is absolutely ridiculous considering hartamas to bangsar is approx 15mins away . I am a great fan of macds but due to this silly app I have to seek other alternatives - kfc/Burger King . I suggest either you guys revamp the app "at least provide a reason for non processing of order or you bring back the old system - Order thru call service Centre . And the advance booking on the app takes 2 or 3 hours to delivery . Never thought your culture has changed so much to being the best fast food joint globally to and inefficient conglomerate
