I have always been using the app to place my order but there’s 1 time where I ordered and upon reaching the outlet I was informed that there was a problem with their system and the order cannot be received although I have paid already. I was told to place another order manually and pay again and my previous order will be refunded. However, it’s been almost a month but no refund yet and I submitted a complaint via app and was emailed to provide few information which I did. However, there’s no respond anymore after that till today despite the few follow up emails that I sent. Appreciate a reply even if there’s no update yet so that I at least know that my case is being worked on.

My family and I went to McD drive thru today. When we ordered food from the store clerk, before we finished ordering, she spoke in a very unpleasant and impatient tone and asked us to go to the front to pay impatiently. The point is that we haven't finished ordering yet, and she was already very impatient while we were ordering. At that time, we had the sticker of mcd drive thru vip, so we asked her what we could get with that mcd drive thru vip, and she just ignored us. Then when we went to the counter, we asked again, she just stared at us and blamed us for not telling her earlier, but we told her early, and she acted like she didn't hear and showed us with a super super bad face. I'm very disappointed with the staff at this store. My family and I go there from time to time but we never meet this situation every time we go. This is the first time I've met this situation. I'm very disappointed at the same time I’m very angry hope you guys can improve the attitude of this kind of store clerk I don't want to be scolded by such a store clerk next time I go there, just wasting my time and ruining my good mood for the whole day😮‍💨

I’ve been a long time McD App user and am constantly using their deals function. Recently when I ordered and paid using TnGo, the app said the payment has failed even though I had enough money in my account and no tap notification was sent to my TnGo app. Then the screen was stuck in the “processing payment” screen forever. I tried redownloading or reopening the app, everything was the same. Basically I couldn’t order or utilize any of the deals because somehow the app still thinks I’m ordering the failed payment order. Please have this bug fixed. I am terribly disappointed and frustrated
