We doesnt know percent of battery charged if not open the apps. So everytime nak charge kena buka apps dan check. If medela flex motor have the indicator (green light) like medela Swing, it will be better. But overall im hving great pumping moment using medela!! Love it!!!

New version Medela Family is not user friendly
Users were forced to upgrade to Medela Family which was not user friendly at all! The interface is not user friendly. When we record the time, the stupid interface require us to click hour and minute differently, and it spend me a lot of time to click and update!! New version added a lot of features but please bear in mind that most of the mummy only use the app for recording nothing else so please don't do it so complicated and non user friendly! Prefer old version though it is not stable.

Preferred the Older Version! This is Not User Friendly!
I preferred the older version! It’s so troublesome to record the time as I need to tap on the hour and minutes separately (and it’s so frustrating to tap coz the area is so small!). The new app does not show the total volume of milk taken as well, only shown on total volume of milk pumped. The graph touch is nice, but it’s hard for me to see the whole day’s graph, i can only zoom in and out to see the previous hours, not able to scroll left and right! Please do not overcomplicate the features!
