I really love it but it has issues

I tried to move but its like ny screen froze like its won't let me move or smt can you fix that pls i really need this app for my school project ☺️

I can’t do it cos my ipad is iOS 12 :(

It's good before but suddenly a lot of my notes starting to be mess and dissapear😭could you please fix this? most of my notes has been missing and i spend lot of times and days doing it😭
