Login issue

Good Day Team

After fully successful registration with 1st sim card last 2 days I try to register the next one with other phone. Seems like the registration fail with notification (awkward).I try to logout my first registration number in other device as I was suspecting that this account would cause an interruption on the new number registration .

Unfortunately once tried to login with the credential saved earlier the login was failure. I believe that im using the same password as per succesful registration last time. Hence the topup page also stuck this morning.

How we supposed to manage the simcard with this kind of issuance.

Kindly give us the best support regarding this issue. I believe that other people outside there also facing the same problem just like me.

Help!

Actually this app good but recently it’s working poor especially when I wanted to reload and purchase add-on. Everything seems not getting right after I make payment the app no update even my bank site showing that my money been deducted. Until I need to search for many customers service for help. Lastly it have been update for me after I sent my proof of payment to the customer care. Now, I need top up my account. Once again things happened. Could u please fix this??? Would like to add-on before my data expired but unable. It saying that “OOPS! This is awkward. Please try again”
Please help! Could u please fix this? I really appreciate your efforts if you could fix this.

No connection, unable to connect with the apps.

Day 2 of trying to use the Unifi mobile. Day 1 unable to get even a slightest line connection. Today finally managed to get unifi symbol to appear above. Connection shows is full bar of 4G (on Samsung) and LTE (on iPhone). However, data connection is not there. The loading symbol keeps turning around and rounds.

Tried to connect with mobile unifi apps but to no avail. First time login keeps saying that password need to be 8 characters alphanumeric even though it's already correct.

Day 1 report still not being covered despite the huge notice above saying that you'll be in contact in 24 hours. Let's see how this day 2 report goes. Appreciate your help in this matter soonest.

Hey k3me, have you tried to change the network name in your phone setting to unifi? It's called APN in your phone. Try changing it if you have not and see whether you can connect to our service. As for first time login, take your time to do so as you can use our service first.
